The "현대건설 스마트폰키" App, along with the BLE communal entrance reader and underground parking BLE emergency bell device, is a convenient app that allows for automatic entry into apartment communal entrances, automatic registration and retrieval of parking locations, and emergency alerts.

The main features of this app include:

• Automatic Communal Entrance Entry: With a registered smartphone, active smart one-pass, and installed BLE communal entrance terminal, the app allows for automatic entry into apartment communal entrances.
• Parking Location Registration: Using Bluetooth communication with the underground parking BLE emergency bell, users can register their parking locations. Once the registration is completed successfully, residents can check their parking location from their monthly pad (resident device).
• Parking Location Retrieval: After at least one parking location registration, users can view the timestamp and pillar number of the last registered parking location.
• Emergency: In case of an emergency situation in the underground parking lot, pressing the emergency button will activate the flashing lights or siren on the BLE emergency bell and indicate the emergency location in the emergency room.
